Brgr.Co recently made it to ABC Achrafieh. This is Brgr.Co third location in Lebanon, wide spreading its special offerings. I've already reviewed the ABC branch which I liked, but I came back this time ready for their special ABC edition.
I ate three items on the menu. The lobster roll which reconfirms that Brgr.Co's is the country's best, the Smokey, which is any connoisseur true enjoyment and the Rock Shrimp which is on the menu for a limited time only.
I'm a fan!
- The Smokey Burger: A burger for the connoisseur, a burger for the ones who like it fatty and intense, smokey and full of taste. A burger for the ones who eat their burger fully loaded and full bodied, a party that's meat, pure angus meat with some pepper and salt. With that, the chef added a bunch of smokey ingredients, smoked cheese, smoked portobello and smoked chipotle. A super tender bun embracing layers of ingredients carefully chosen. Sautéed onions, thinly sliced tomatoes, melted cheese, iceberg lettuce and the chipotle sauce. Bravo chef.
- The Lobster Madness Roll: Just as good as I left it nine months ago, the lobster roll is simply lobster and it deserve its name. Many have tried to copy but a few have succeeded. Fresh lobster rolls filled in a brioche bun that's lightly buttered, crispy on the inside and fluffy in the outside, filled with lobster, more than a hundred grams of it. You'll fall in love with the texture of those lobsters as well as the sauce bathing in them. Indeed Brgr.Co probably has the finest lobster roll in Lebanon.
- Rock Shrimp and Angus burger: To celebrate the occasion of opening their ABC branch, Brgr.Co have taken the burger we know to the next level, while creating a piece of art. Imagine the famous fatty meat I love, a thinly sliced tomato, chard leaves and the mix, that same one which makes all the difference and chunks of shrimps. Rock shrimps, real shrimps, more than 60 grams of it. A lovely combination of flavors and interesting textures leaving a long lasting after-note in the mouth. The shrimps, lightly warmed, lay majestically on the meat, together exploding in flavors in the mouth.I loved the spiciness hidden within and the different vegetables. This makes the burger extra special.
