For such a great reputation, I expected more from the pizzeria, but it wasn’t well equipped for international customers. However, the pizza compensated for this as it was utterly mouth-watering.

First impression about Premiata Pizzeria, before I even order the food: it's freaking burning hot on the terrace. Even though it is cold outside with a temperature of 10 degrees, the heaters are really too hot and annoying. In an award winning restaurant, is it normal that the menu is only in Italian and that the waiter doesn't speak English? The wine we ordered was nice, it's the Fattoria Buccicatino, Montepulciano, but the inconvenience is that the wine selection is average. All of them are less than 20 Euros (i. e the choice is not large enough. Secondly, the plates are not as clean as they should be, not to say they are dirty and slippery. The water comes in beautiful blue glass bottles, but unfortunately the bottles are not sealed. Who drank from them before? What is inside? Nobody knows.

When you order water in a restaurant, the bottles should be opened in front of you. Also, the service was too slow:

30 minutes passed and the pizza was still not ready. Now let's talk about the most important stuff: the Pizza.

The pizza is fantastic. Cooking time is perfect. Ingredients are generous and delicious and the size is great. The restaurant should be visited, but don't expect a five star. It's the place to eat a great pizza, but it stops there.
