Food blogger Sam Murphy, aka So Beautifully Raw, created the vegan sushi donuts by shaping cooled sushi rice with a donut mold and decorating the rings with black sesame seeds, ginger, wasabi, cashew mayo and avocado. Murphy’s donuts are vegan, but if you're not a vegan, I don't see why we can't add some salmon, shrimp, eel, roe and tempura...
