The World Week of Italian Cuisine aims at promoting the Italian culinary tradition with original food products.
The World Week of Italian Cuisine is a worldwide event held under the patronage of the Italian Embassies and organized by the Italian Trade Agency. This year a network of selected Italian restaurants in Lebanon will be participating to the Week. Restaurants are selected based on their respect of the Italian culinary tradition and the use of Italian ingredients and will be offering a special menu prepared mainly with Italian ingredients.
Wine shops are also involved with the promotion of the concept of Aperitivo Italiano with Italian wine tastings and special offers on the Italian wines for the whole week.
