On my last trip to New York, I discovered a croissant, a loaded one, colorful on the outside and richly filled in the inside. It was love at first sight, a heavy-loaded Croissant like I’ve never seen before; red velvet, chocolate, crème brûlée, party or matcha, these sweet cravings will make your heart skip a beat.

Few months passed, and I was back to New York... this croissant topped my list of the best things to do in the Empire State.

Imagine an eye candy croissant, red inside out and decorated with red cake crumbles. Bite into it and let the explosion awaken your senses. Loaded with cream, embraced by a flaky dough, the croissant is like none I’ve seen before. Lightly flaky and buttery at the same time, the croissant has a light chewiness to it with a subtle sweetness while the inner cream cheese-filling pops. So yummy!

If the red velvet is right, the chocolate is outstandingly delicious! A softer dough, a smoother chocolate cream filling, crumbles of chocolate on top to decorate it! It’s so yummy! One of the tastiest croissants I’ve ever tasted, one of the sexiest food creations the world has ever seen. It’s so finger licking awesome!

OMG! There is ever better! The crème brûlée caramelized sugar croissant is more of a dream creation sent to earth from the heavens. Crunchy sugar, light bodied cream, a flaky dough; three textured and three flavors put together to amaze. This croissant should be called “WTF.”
