Trita is another burger place. After visiting 202 and leaving unimpressed we continued to Trita. Trita is different, simpler, there's no music, it's white and cold. White floor, a white ceiling, red and blue colors and a white table in the middle; nothing that resembles a burger shop.

The concept is simple, actually it isn't because I expect to eat a burger not do math before eating. 5 steps to reach the burger. Choose the meat, choose the bread, choose the toppings, choose the sauce... Not a good idea.

Anyway, I chose the angus beef 200g, mayo and ketchup, lettuce and tomatoes, cheddar cheese and the sesame bun and waited. The cashier is welcoming and explained the process in detail. The main thing here are the meat choices; limousine Padana, buffalo campano or black angus.

Back to the shop while we waited to be served. There's too much white! I felt like I was sitting in a salon's parlor.

The burger:

  • A big burger, a white bun, an excess of sesame, something that looked extremely unappetizing, more of a Croque Monsieur than a burger. A white bun, roasted sesame served on a white carton plate. No finesse whatsoever and not something that even looked like a street food sandwich.
  • The meat inside... Angus! Chunks slide under your teeth unpleasantly. LOL! Over sweet ketchup, onions which I didn't order, too many tomatoes and the thick, sticky bun. The meat is medium but and not hot enough.
  • Not a burger I recommend at all. Not close to being a street food concept anyway. The decor is wrong, the burgers should be wrapped in paper, the bun is ridiculous and those three trash bins in the middle of the restaurant, what are they thinking?!
  • The fries, semi lunar, are chewy and the container was half filled.

Not a burger shop worth visiting.
