After a lot of thinking and personal reflection I have come to a difficult decision, one that brings both a sense of relief, but also a feeling of nervousness. I have finally decided to pursue my dream, one that has filled my thoughts for so long. It was not an easy decision to make, but I have decided to leave Lebanon.
I am headed to Japan, to open a shawarma joint. My dream has always been to give the world a taste of the true Lebanese shawarma... The meat, herbs... It's finally happening... In the Land of the Rising Sun.
Perhaps this isn't the best way of letting people know, but I needed to tell as many people as possible. Please don't be offended, perhaps I should have called you, but now it's out there.
