Attending a wedding for the re-opening of “Grand Sofar Hotel,” I had the pleasure to enjoy Faqra Catering’s good catering food after a long time.
Walk around two salads and cold speciality buffets before indulging into one of a dozen live stations. Burgers, Oreille d’éléphant escalope, risotto, fresh pasta, Peking duck and raw tuna among others. I liked the choices to start and the fresh look of plates. Mini mozzarella with pesto sauce, quinoa, endives, Parma ham... balanced flavors using fresh ingredients. The hot plates are as good, some not too hot but it’s normal when feeding three hundred people at once. I liked the fresh crab and avocado salad, enjoyed the fish roulades, the crunchiness of the escalopes and the taste of black ink paella.
