I simply LOVE it!

Lord Of The Wings, opened its doors in 2007 for the Lebanese who are always searching for something new. It is very hard to succeed in Lebanon with such harsh competition in restaurants that is growing bigger and bigger, day after day. Lord of the Wings is unique. Without any competition around town, the guys behind it succeeded in hitting high. When you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted with a clipboard, a pencil and a form. Just follow the simple steps and in minutes build your own order your way. It's a bit like the sushi bar concept who gives you the menu to tick on the items you want to order.

Lord of the Wings, in addition to its signature wings concept, where you have the choice to choose between more than 13 different flavors and three different types of wings has delicious mouthwatering and exquisite burgers. I order them every time I go. The special thing about it as well, is that you build up your own burger choosing the bread, the cheese type, the salad the sauces, the meat and more. You end up eating what you like and not how the chef does. The wings flavors are: Buffalo mild, Buffalo fever zing, Buffalo hot, Buffalo suicide, BBQ classic, BBQ smoky, BBQ honey, Honey Mustard, Lemon Coriander, Teriyaki, Garlic Parmesan and Garlic Garlic. I simply love it. I love everything about it.

My favorite item, is the POUTINE DU QEBEC. That is to die for. Very heavy indeed but delicious: it's a dish of French fries and fresh cheese curds, covered with brown gravy sauce. The French fries are of medium thickness and fried so that the inside stays soft, while the outside is crunchy. The gravy used is generally a light chicken, veal or turkey gravy, mildly spiced with a hint of pepper, or a sauce brune which is a combination of beef and chicken stock, originating in Quebec. In the Mtayleb branch, Lord Of The Wings offers homemade sandwiches that are very tasty and generous.
