It was seven before sunrise when the taxi parked in front of this Parisian building decorated with metallic lanterns imprinted with the hotel's logo. Behind the glass door, red lights and an experience that's ready to transport you to Asia's hidden secrets.

Raymond Visan has launched a collection of lifestyle boutique hotels including the Buddha Bar. Arrive to the reception located on the left side, check in and make sure to discover the hotel's restaurant and bar before moving up to the room. Long corridors covered with yellow wallpaper, a yellow carpet while the door opens to a wide room decorated with black and red colors, dark wood and design lanterns. A toilet, large bathroom and the king size bed. Loaded with amenities, the details make all the difference.

Breakfast at the Buddha Bar is an enjoyable experience that starts by the welcoming and calm music playing in the background and the choice of fine food. I tried everything because just looking at them opened my appetite. I loved the organic selection of cereals and eggs, the jams, the six choices of mustard, the freshly baked bread and the awesome croissant.

Coffee and ready to start. A table napkin, a set of cutlery and a professional waiter ready to assist your every need. I loved how the fruits are presented in individual cups, how poached eggs are ready to be enjoyed waiting on a hot board, the yogurt selection, the wide choice of baked bread and much more.

The ambiance is dimmed like everything around the hotel but this isn't a problem around here. Food is so good that you'll forget about any  imperfections in your opinion.

Try the scrambled eggs with bacon, moist and juicy eggs with a grilled bacon on top offering a light and enjoyable crunch.

A good night sleep, a wide room , a large bathroom and rain shower, a professional welcoming and staff available all the time at reception, an enjoyable breakfast the next morning and most importantly an awesome location.

Stay at the Buddha Bar for its service, breakfast and most importantly central location close to the Champs Elysées, Paris' luxurious shopping district and Galeries Lafayette.
