During the Monte-Carlo Rolex Tennis Masters, from April, 19th to 21st, Marcel Ravin will be hosting Maroun Chedid, the famous chef of La Posta in Beirut, at Blue Bay restaurant in Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort **** L. Chef Marcel Ravin: Previously employed at the Epicerie restaurant in the Brussels Méridien where his talent resulted in a score of 16/20 in the Guide Gault-Millau, the young Martinican chef Marcel Ravin (35) is at the helm of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort kitchens since its inauguration. A new talent is added to the tradition of gastronomic excellence prevalent in the Société des Bains de Mer establishments.

Chef Maroun Chedid: Maroun Chedid is a high-profile chef who took part at many prominent international competitions and events while he shared his experience and knowledge with a vast number of cooks, be they professional ones or amateurs. Using various techniques and an extensive knowledge of both Lebanese cuisine as well as European cuisine, Maroun Chedid has enriched the world of cooking with hundreds and even thousands of recipes bearing his own signature.
