Spray It Don't Squeeze It

How often do we ask for a piece of lemon while at a restaurant to add flavor to our smoked salmon order or a yummy grilled fish platter... We get a nicely wrapped half lemon wrapped in a net-like material. Nice, but still not enough juice comes out. I think I found a more suitable way to squeeze those lemons... Maybe a bit too much to use at a restaurant, but it is definitely worth a try.

I came across this amazing creation by Stem which says - "Spray it, don’t squeeze it!"  It seems easy to use, just squeeze it into the lemon and spray...

"No longer do you have to cut and squeeze your fruit to get the juice out easily. With only one finger you can now spray citrus juice on your favorite foods evenly. Let Stem add a little zest in your kitchen and on your food!" What do you think?
