Here's an idea to ponder on while enjoying some sushi around town...
Jordan Hau, an art student in the US came up with a packaging design of sushi container that preserves the lost social and national culture. The visual is inspired by traditional Japanese lantern, while the form of the container encourages sharing.
At the same time, the container is sustainable (only replace the paper wrapping around the sushi) and easily portable (container collapses as sushi shortens)
