Recommended by google maps, this family restaurant is known to serve a homey cuisine, operated and managed by the family since 1985. It feels good around here, positive vibes, fresh soothing aromas of food and a handful of people happy to be having lunch at Settler’s.

On the menu, choose from the six long pages loaded with ideas. Two pages for breakfast, pancakes, waffles, and salads. Old school sandwiches, wraps and pitas, melts, classic hot sandwiches, hot subs, burger specialties, lighter fare, little Italy choices, Mac and cheese favorites, grills and entrees. Whatever you’re craving, this diner has it.

Feeling like having a burger and a couple of sandwiches, I grabbed the burger and two sandwiches; I am not a fan of the American way of cooking pasta and because Mac and cheese contain garlic, I opted for the sandwiches: the plates moving around felt so appetizing!

Yummy, the food is so yummy... despite being fatty, loaded with oil and heavy cheeses, you feel the love poured in every plate. It might be called junk but it’s not, it feels special and tasty. There is something different about this food and it doesn’t taste like the ones found at international American chains. It’s food from home, from upstate New York, a knowhow transmitted from a generation to the other.

With high grades on google maps, now I understand why: I loved the moist and tender turkey sandwich. I adored the juicy burger with grilled veggies. I savored the Philadelphia steak and fell in love with the honey fried sweet potatoes. All good, all great, all excellent, this diner serves awesome food!

Taste of passion is how I can describe the food at Settler’s; bravo guys for making people happy.
