In my 2014 food predictions, published on NoGarlicNoOnions in December of 2013, I highlighted the many yogurt and gelato shops taking over Beirut; an endless choice of possibilities, each using long perfected techniques. Some are sorbet specialists, while others are perfect for creamy sensations. Light fruity, Italian or Arabic, we'll have plenty of time to try them all until the season ends in September.
