News: The Hell of the North Restaurant, Australia
Casual Dining

The Hell of the North shares its name with the infamous Paris-Roubaix bike race held once a year on Easter Sunday in northern France near the Belgian frontier. Famous for rough terrain, hardship and cobblestones it is one of the 'Monuments' or Classics of the European calendar. Unlike the race, Hell of the North bar and bistro in Fitzroy seeks to marry heaven and hell with a Euro-bistro grazing menu derived from local produce and fresh ingredients, as well as a selection of boutique beers, wine and cocktails to tantalise the fire within.

The Hell of the North has a strong focus towards casual dining and drinking with service that is informed whilst personable, and relaxed yet detailed.
