Mooyah is a diner that sells burgers and hot dogs in California. A franchise across the city, Mooyah provides positive vibes, loud fun music, fresh colors, cool air, a clean open kitchen and welcoming staff. I couldn't wait to get started.
Special edition burgers, bacon and cheddar. Buns are baked in house, burgers are prepared in front of the customers like at Chipotle.
The colors around the restaurant are yellow, red, green and brown which give the place a fresh farm feel.
Delicious burgers! Mine had a fresh and soft bun, non fatty patties, lots of fresh vegetables, sticky and lightly crunchy bacon, lots of cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and barbecue sauce; an interesting burger indeed. The shredded meat looks like that at Shake Shack yet with less fat and more flavor.
I enjoyed it so much along with the fries that comes with it... un-pealed fries seasoned with pepper and salt, well cooked to singe a little without being burned or undercooked in their heart.
A burger shop I'll keep an eye on for the next year or so.
