There’s a waiting list at Morimoto and this for a reason. Fine-dining Sushi is made of rice cooked al-dente, form and not sticky, the finest quality of seafood, professional service, a great ambiance, and tasty food. The menu is complicated so I opted to have sushi, the chef’s selection of twenty pieces which drew a smile on my face. After having the hotel’s buffet food which was bad, Johnny rockets which were worse, three dramatic breakfasts and now comes my first enjoyable meal in Las Vegas.
Sit at the bar, enjoy the music, interact with the chefs, feel the place and appreciate every roll of sushi. Exceptional quality, real flavors of seafood and a unique kind of rice that is not sweet and not sticky. It was one of the few times in my life where I enjoy the real flavors of sushi reminding me of Sugar Fish in Los Angeles and New York.
