Look out for what might just be the next big trend: Macaron Ice Cream. As usual, New Yorkers get the chance to try such innovative creations as the man behind these treats is Chef François Payard. In three flavors— Salted Caramel, Coconut Mango, and Pistachio Raspberry, these special treats are available for a limited time only.
At the moment they are only available at François Payard’s Bakery in New York City and FP Patisserie till the end of August and cost $5. Let's see who will be making them around town... Keep an eye and let me know.
