The details of the hotel is yet unclear, but what is known is that this project is the first of its kind in the Middle East and the fifth in the world.

Legoland Dubai will cover a total of 3 million square feet and will feature over 15,000 LEGO® model structures made from more than 60 million LEGO bricks. This includes over 40 interactive rides, shows and attractions – all set in six themed areas, some of which are already favourites - LEGO City, Adventure, LEGO Kingdom, Create, LEGO Factory, and the ever popular magical Miniland.

More than 60 million Lego bricks will be required for the construction of the park, and will be used to recreate buildings and depictions of landmarks from across the Middle East.
