Non-smokers friendly

Bachir Ice Cream originates from a genuine family story, a business firstly established by founding brothers Maurice & Edward Bachir in the little town of Bikfaya in 1936. The two brothers espoused two sisters, Marie-Antoinette & Yvette Bejjani, and all four started making ice cream in the backyard of the house they lived in together. Passion, commitment & continuity were the core predicaments to the ice cream everyone now cherishes. Bachir Ice Cream is authentic, it's proudly Lebanese and it's for everyone.

Located on 58 rue Rambuteau, the new shop is managed by the family who has lived in Paris for years and knows the market by heart. Products are supplied through a small production facility for the time being, produced in Paris, natural and 100% certified organic. Ice cream tastes as good as the one sold in Lebanon.
