Italian fashion meets macaron in style with this new collaboration between Pucci, the Florentine fashion house, and Ladurée, the Parisian pastry maker. Joining forces and expertise to offer a series of chic and scrumptious gift boxes, these treats are not to be missed, especially that Pastry chef Yann Menguy created a new variation on the famous Ladurée macaron in honor of the “dolce vita” and the Italian Riviera.
The Pucci motif adorns the new gift box from Ladurée, which contains eight macarons. Available in turquoise blue or coral pink, the pattern combines cylinders, lines and other jewel-like shapes.The gift box will be available in a limited edition from February 25 in the standard version (€25) or in a version covered with genuine Pucci silk (€30). This is the first time Ladurée has dressed its macarons in such chic attire.
Beyond the exceptional box, style fans with a sweet tooth will appreciate the special macaron created by the new pastry chef Yann Menguy as a tribute to the “dolce vita,” with notes of rose and lemon.
