I never imagined that one day I'll be having lunch at a deli in Athens owned and managed by locals. Cold cuts and cheeses with an open kitchen, this deli serves whatever the fridge hosts alongside a rich selection of unconventional local specialities like the soujok with eggs, bacalhau pastrami fish and grilled salmon among others.

A small restaurant that feels goods, oozing with positive vibes - find a table inside or on the back terrace and wait to be served. In my opinion, come hungry and order everything! Unconventional, beautifully decorated plates where every ingredient counts, where every spice and color caress your palatal buds in style.

The soujok is hard and full bodied, the eggs lightly fried and moist, the salmon is not orange and not oily but hard and juicy, tasty mussels, perfectly cooked potato cubes and an eggplant moutabbal.

A deli shop in Athens, yes and I do recommend it!
