After enjoying Istanbul’s vibes down at Beşiktaş, walking from a street to the next, I stopped at “House of B.” Burgers are what they do in an American diner-style decor and ambiance. American music, Coca-Cola signs, neon lights, and a bar; let’s have a burger and a sloppy joe.
The decor reminded me of the diners, of New York, California, and the colors of the west coast. The American dream, a fast-food joint but not so fast, burgers are gourmet around here.
I’m happy with my choice and feeling of trying “House of B.” I loved the meat quality, high-end ground beef, not mashed, and not compressed. Pure beef with no additives. Tender bread, brioche buttery bread, and other ingredients to complete the burger. Sloppy joe, Mac and cheeseburger, and cheeseburger, three orders I loved. With that, have the sweet potatoes and nibble with a bottle of Coke Zero.
A choice I’ll recommend and repeat. Pleasant vibes and good food can be found at “House of B”.
