Hilton Hotels Beirut Appoint a New Executive Chef

Italian creativity and passion will be driving the culinary experience at Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand and Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace following the appointment of Paolo Rocco as Executive Chef to Hilton Worldwide’s flagship hotels in Beirut. Chef Paolo Rocco, an Italian national and culinary veteran with a 30-year hospitality background, has enjoyed a wide and varied food and beverage career, building experience in landmark hotels in UAE, USA, the Bahamas and Egypt. In his new role, Rocco is responsible for overall kitchen concepts, preparation, presentation and the promotion of the hotel’s seven differently themed restaurants, room service, conference and events and weddings and private banquet functions. “I’m delighted to be joining one of the most recognized and reputable hotel brand names in the industry with a vision to focus on understated style and sophistication, quality ingredients and flavors and innovative menu ideas.
