Lunch:
- Chicago style spinach dip: a loaded oval plate of toasted tortillas they call chips served with a portion of spinach, sour cream and pico de gallo sauce. Extremely crunchy fresh chips without any seasoning on them that only await to be dipped in this unique spinach and artichoke dip. A smooth and well-equilibrated spinach mix offering a certain pleasant creaminess. A must order.
- Campfire pork ribs: fall-off-the-bone tender with French fries and ding's coleslaw. Outstanding is the least that can be said. An exceptionally great orgasmic plate of ribs, which melt under your teeth with no effort. An intense marination of dreams, the finest ribs I've ever had, pieces of moist and tender pork meat marinated to perfection enjoyable to the last bit with your hands. Love is an understatement!
- Lamb sandwich: shaved leg of lamb, sweet roasted bell pepper and arugula on a baguette. A bit deceiving specially after enjoying ribs that good. I believe the lamb needs a bit more sauce and the bread needs to be less dry.
Superb service in a great ambiance where I enjoyed the best ribs to date. What are you waiting for?
