Gourmet Week

Gourmet Week will be happening concurrently alongside Beirut Cooking Festival and Salon du Chocolat. It’s a week that allows anyone to discover the world of cooking enabling them to refine their taste. It’s a week full of flavors and colors to indulge all your senses, really enabling the Lebanese to appreciate their rich Lebanese cuisine and its tasteful plates.

Gourmet Week aims to instill and teach the culture and art of fine taste, through a series of activities and workshops, and promote local craftsmen and chefs, in order to support Lebanese gastronomic traditions from the field to the table. As usual, the week will showcase several meet ups, sessions and exclusive interviews with skilled craftsmen in the field and will introduce the Lebanese public to a delicious world of food, flavors and experiences.

Also during this week, tens of activities will take place to introduce and instill the interest of the Lebanese in the art of cooking by presenting a vast selection of scrumptious food options where more than 80 restaurants will be taking part in this initiative by providing promotional offers and special discounted prices.

The week celebrates a common passion and a love for local food. The goal is to share special moments between culinary experts and taste lovers. Gourmet Week presents thousands of opportunities from Lebanon and new experiences alongside an entertainment show and a chance to discover the Lebanese kitchen in an unprecedented boldness, in addition to shedding light on Lebanese food.

Gourmet Week has been a great success for the past two years in managing to spice up and liven the F&B scene for both the business owners and the general public in what usually is a rather low season. We all know how badly we need a positive distraction at this time in Lebanon. Gourmet Week offers a great chance to try out all those venues you always wanted to but never could via the exclusive deals and offers made during this week.
