Until April 18 you can enjoy a new experience in NYC. Although there are over 103 languages on earth, everyone speaks food. To celebrate the intersection of language and food - not to mention the 10th anniversary of Google Translate - Google created a pop-up restaurant in New York City featuring local chefs.
Each day will introduce a different menu and visitors are encouraged to read menus using the Google Translate app on their smartphones and tablets.
Reservations are required, with two seating periods from 6:00pm–8:00pm and 9:30pm–11:30pm. If you don’t grab a reservation in time, Google will be offering donuts from 3pm to 7pm as a consolation prize.
