Goji is the latest concept to open on Mar Mikhael street. Brought to us by the same people of Frank's hot dog, this small black and white place with a bar welcomes you to enjoy unique pizzas - French bread topped with pizza ingredients. I ordered three kinds to try.

The chef takes half a baguette, spreads tomato sauce, covers it with cheese, a slice of ham and sends it to the oven to melt.

It seems everything contains garlic, in the tomato sauce, the pesto sauce, the chicken and maybe others I didn't get the chance to discover. But I had to give them a try.

The beef includes a mix of sliced meat with mozzarella cheese, grilled vegetables and iceberg. The dough was tender and topped with an interesting mix of ingredients. The mustard left a strong after note. Tender meat, crunchy vegetables... An interesting fast food concept with a touch of style.

The classic one was even better. Ham, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, fresh mushrooms, olives and bell peppers. I enjoyed the dough's crunch, the rich tomato sauce, the enjoyable cheese and the colorful vegetables add-on.

My favorite was the goat cheese. The same dough, tomato sauce, slices of goat cheese, hazelnuts for an added crunch, a light pesto boost and the sweetness the honey provides. Two thumbs up.

We were not done yet, the chef offered us their cookies and asked for our opinion. Tender cookies with a light effect, they don't have a heavy feel to them. Molten, tender with chocolate chips inside. They're good, very good! I'm sure they'll have a bright future.

I was honestly excited after seeing their beautiful photos over social media and I'm happy to have passed by. A 23 centimeter bun topped with a generous load of ingredients that will satisfy your cravings. A concept to look out for this summer.
