Each banh mi is a delicate and tasty testament to Vietnamese culinary mastery.It is often very filling as it is served in larger portions hence enormously preferred by the working class in Vietnam.

In the heart of Quebec, poutine is king. Golden, crispy fries smothered in rich gravy and topped with squeaky cheese curds. It's hearty, comforting, and utterly indulgent, a perfect treat for those chilly Canadian evenings or Christmas market stalls where in fact this dish is most often found.
