The ‘Free From’ Bakehouse: A range of gluten free, wheat free and dairy free products handmade daily.

The Arepa: is a dish made of ground corn dough or cooked flour, very prominent in the cuisine of Colombia and Venezuela. It is similar in shape to the Mexican gordita and the Salvadoran pupusaArepas can also be found in Panama, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the Canary Islands.

Wines From Lebanon:

 brought to you by members of the Union Vinicole du Liban (UVL) who have come together to fund a campaign to promote Lebanese wines in the UK. Bravo. Wines proposed are Altitudes Ixsir, Chateau Ksara 2008, Domaine des tourelles 2008, Marquis des bey 2006, Ksara Blanc de Blanc, Clos St Thomas, Ksara Gris de Gris.

My Impressions: A great day, The best one actually where fun, food and learning where perfectly mixed. Every participant received a huge goodie bag full of surprises and interesting ingredients.
