- Cépage : Viognier 70% - Chardonnay 30%.
- Elevage et fermentation en barriques de 400L.
- Durée : 12 mois.
- Age barriques :1/3 barriques neuves, 1/3 barriques d’1 vin et 1/3 barriques de 2 vins.
Notes de dégustation : Vin aux arômes élégants et délicats, de fleurs, de fruits (à chair blanche), de plantes infusées et d’épices, que souligne une subtile complexité. En bouche, la pureté d’un très grand Viognier marié à l’ampleur du Chardonnay, nous offre un vin onctueux et ferme, avec une remarquable élégance, minéralité et profondeur.
