Balima, boutique is inspired by the social and cultural life taking place in Saifi: The creation of different seating corners with diverse distinctive characters: the terrace, the couches, alongside varied combinations of seating dispersed within the space... Balima is a fragment of the city transformed into a meeting place glowing with light, playful, fresh and colorful, vibrant with energy for experimentation. You can buy all what you see.

The menu is simple yet infused with flavor: fresh daily vegetables from the farmer's market of Souk EL Tayyeb are picked for Balima's healthy salads, organic scrambled eggs, quiches, croque-monsieur and many others. Perfect for breakfast, lunch and an afternoon sit-down at the friendly terrace, the menu is divided to fit each segment of the day all the way through the night when balima is transformed into a lounge bar flowing with cocktail drinks.

A menu with more than forty pages awaits you. Drinks, sandwiches, breakfast, classics, plates, pasta, desserts, tea, assortments and cocktails. A huge selection that will accompany you from the early hours of the morning until the late minutes of the night.

What I loved about Balima: - The famous renowned croque monsieur - The cozy and relaxing ambiance - The soft lounge music - The many cultural and artistic flavors on the walls - The speedy service - The cool people, different nationalities, passing by for a drink, a bite or a talk - The famous people who find peace in such a place and become very down to earth

At Balima, you are possessed by this positive energy where hours pass by without even noticing, making you want to finish all your work and come back again. I OFFICIALLY LOVE IT!
