Impressive is the least that can be said here. Al Sultan Brahim’s new location is a must see for architecture and food aficionados.
An individual entrance takes you in to enjoy a superb space of more than a thousand square meters with waterfalls, marble and wood.
Up on the first floor of Beirut's newest building which houses the Butcher Grill on its ground floor, is Al Sultan Brahim. Enter a wide space made of fresh and earthy materials.
It’s huge, literally huge and impressive, a big rectangular space where hundreds of chairs are prepared to welcome the demanding clientèle: guests come here for the experience and enjoyment. Next to the entrance is the fish display where the latest catch is displayed. Very big grey tiles cover the floor in a space made of light brown wood under white ceiling. You'll find tables left to their natural feel with placemats and no tablecloth, trees add a touch of freshness and large glass facades overlooks Beirut's waterfront.
A round table, the best of this restaurant is located at the right side next to the window. A grey placemat, two oval plates, a knife and fork, a tablecloth and a wine glass used for water.
I enjoyed the decorative metallic fish on the walls. I bought the same ones back in 2011 when I visited Santorini. It’s a masterpiece by a Greek sculpture.
The kitchen is a state of the art; 750 square meters divided into distinct sections, the finest equipment and the latest in security and protection.
The photos speak for themselves as well as the final product you'll receive on the table.
