Writing about Le Gray hotel is not a new thing specially that I've shown my appreciation several times for my favorite hotel in town and in my opinion one of the most professional ones.
I already reviewed a morning feast at The Gordon's cafe but this time I had the chance to experience a high-end breakfast in the room, the Le Gray style overlooking two of Beirut's great landmarks, the St. Georges cathedral and Al Amine mosque on a sunny summer morning. After checking on the menu your desires, a magical trolly reaches the room pushed by a gentle smiling waiter. A royal breakfast covered with a silver cloche served with a heavy silver cutlery and hosting many surprises.
The room breakfast for two:
- Omelette served the Le Gray way in a rounded professional shape with hash brown potatoes, panned cooked tomato, mushrooms and bakon.
- Fresh squeezed juices.
- Freshly brewed coffee.
- A cheese selection.
- Labneh and Lebanese olives.
- Delicately prepared toasted bread slices and a bread basket.
- Fresh exotic fruits.
- Decorated natural yogurt with fruit compote
Open the window to let the morning fresh breathe enter and enjoy it your way on a classical musical tune inside Le Gray big and relaxing deluxe rooms.
An unforgettable experience to try.
