A Piece of Cake... And Not Just Any Cake... Ritz-Carlton Signature Cake

The Ritz-Carlton hotel has created a signature dessert that will become the edible symbol of the brand around the world. 22 pastry chefs from the company's network of hotels, came up with different recipes in line with the mandate: to come up with a dessert that represented the heritage of the brand. The winning recipe is a triple-layer, dark chocolate cake flavored with orange and citrus.

In celebration of their heritage, the cake has a rich, dark chocolate flavor with bursts of orange throughout. A delicious balance of sweet chocolate and sharp citrus. The cake is available for purchase at all 85 locations around the world.
